AutoBMD™ is the first FDA-Approved, AI-Powered, Cloud-Based, Opportunistic Bone Mineral Density (BMD) Measurement Test that works on any CT scan.
It enables your doctor to take advantage of CT scans ordered for other purposes and measure your bone density.

BONE TESTING
What is Low Bone Density?
BMD is the amount of minerals (mostly calcium and phosphorous) contained in a certain volume of bone. Low Bone Density is a condition that causes bone mineral density to decline, increasing risk of fractures.
Who should take a bone mineral density test?
How Is It Detected?
Bone density is usually measured using a DEXA scan or quantitative CT scan (QCT)
-
You're a woman over 65
-
You're a postmenopausal woman or of menopausal age with risk factors
-
You're a man over 70
-
You're a man aged 50-69 with risk factors

LEADING CAUSE OF BONE LOSS
What is Osteoporis?
Osteoporosis occurs when the bone mass is reduced secondary to microarchitectural changes in bone tissues, leading to enhanced bone fragility and a consequent increased risk of fracture. Osteoporosis
is increasingly being recognized as a public health concern in the aging population.
OUR APPROACH
AutoBMD™ takes advantage
of existing CT scans
-
Coronary Artery Calcium Scans
-
Lung Cancer Screening Scans
-
Thoracic & Abdominal scans
AutoBMD™ reports Z-score and T-score similar to DEXA scans, and detects osteopenia and osteoporosis for prevention of future bone fractures.
AutoBMD™ uses QCT but does not require a new scan. It is superior to DEXA and regular scans and works on all CT scans (both existing and new scans).
AutoBMD can be run on:
